ARSENE WENGER has called a halt to all contract talks at Arsenal as he homes in on his European dream.

That may be bad news for Robin van Persie and Theo Walcott, who have still to agree extensions to deals which expire in less than 15 months.

And it will do nothing to halt speculation concerning the long-term futures of Cesc Fabregas and Emmanuel Adebayor.

But Wenger insists his players must be totally focused on what promises to be a dramatic final eight weeks of the season.

And he will not allow them to be distracted by talk of transfers and mega-money new deals to stay at the Emirates.

Wenger recalls how his team fell away in the title run-in last term as the likes of Alex Hleb and Mathieu Flamini pondered their options.

This time he is determined to keep his men on the straight and narrow in his fierce determination to lift the European Cup.

Wenger, whose side fly to Villarreal today for the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final, said: “We must get rid of all the talks that are not helping us to win games.

“That means we focus completely on the short-term not the long-term, because we have such important targets in front of us.

“If it’s going to be a successful season, we must play every three days. We cannot sit around talking to the players. When a player comes back from an away game, I don’t want him sitting at a desk the next morning. I want him recovering for the next game.

“I’ve never taken this approach before but I believe contract talks can be distracting and we are at a stage when every game is decisive.”

It is easy to understand Wenger’s demand for tunnel vision as his team have the chance to turn around their disappointing season.

The return of Fabregas, Adebayor and Walcott from injury on Saturday means Wenger is spoiled for choice.

In addition Van Persie and Samir Nasri will both be available to face Villarreal after sitting out this canter and even the absence of Andrey Arshavin, Eduardo and Abou Diaby leaves him with some tricky decisions tomorrow.

It was Fabregas and Adebayor who kept Arsenal on course for another Champions League qualification as City were brushed aside.

Fabregas teed up both goals and Adebayor finished with the minimum of fuss to extend Arsenal’s unbeaten league run to 17 games.

Wenger said: “Like the rest of the team, Adebayor was not completely convincing at the start of the season but is now back on track.”

The only bad news for Wenger is winger Walcott is struggling with the right knee injury which kept him out for England last week.

He came off as a precaution but insists he will be OK for tomorrow.

City boss Mark Hughes also has his injury worries ahead of Thursday’s UEFA Cup trip to Hamburg.

But, unlike Wenger, he does not have any convincing replacements.

With Stephen Ireland missing and Wayne Bridge and Vincent Kompany both limping off early, City were overwhelmed by Arsenal.

Once again there was an alarming lack of urgency and commitment about some of City’s highly-paid stars away from home.

Hughes said: “Our away performances are patently not good enough. We’re a fantastic team at Eastlands, full of goals and confidence. But when you come to a place like the Emirates you have to stick your chest out and say ‘Come on, what have you got?’

“We didn’t have enough on the pitch to ask the question. We’ve got to be markedly better in Hamburg.”

We are in the Quarter-finals! Hehe. We will be facing against the winner of group C. Ohh, we were in group A, by the way. We got second place in the group stage. These were the our match results;

Yesh! Im in! Haha. I was chosen to be in the PTEB Under 18 Football team. It wasnt easy, though. I had to went through 4 qualifying stages. A lot of stiff competitors, luckily i managed to sneak one in. Hehe. It was so AWESOME~ :D

Hey, i didnt go to Rome, Italy. Its just that Arsenal won their knockout stage clash with AS Roma. The aggregate was 1-1 for the two legs. Therefore, penalty was the decider. Arsenal won 6-7 on penalty. Yeay! Go Arsenal! Im a Gooner for life. :D

Alright, its currently 2 in the morning and im still awake. My eyes arent sleepy, yet. So, im currently jobless and i think its time for me to update my blog. (:

Orientation

Day 1

The Induction Ceremony. So as usual; welcoming speech, oath, school's song, timetable, etc. It was a good day for me.

Day 2

Morning - Usual lessons. Afternoon - Signature Hunt and activities. I had fun during this event. I was interviewed by one of the PRS ladies, luckily i refused to sing when the PRS invited me during that time. That was because they saw me sing in the crowds, so they decided to ask me to sing a song. Haha. Signature Hunt was fun, managed to get 9 signatures out of possible 14 only though. My friend, Yatii, she sang a song. She sang, "All My Life - KC Jojo" infront of the crowds. I was one of them who cheered her all the way throughout the song.

Day 3

Morning - Usual lessons. Afternoon - Lectures.
Ohh damn, i feel asleep during the allowance's and counseling's lectures. HAHA. I was so bored and tired, that i closed my eyes throughout the lectures. But i did have fun during the first lecture, about discipline. There were some arguements between the boys side and the girls side, in a good way of course. Haha.

Day 4

Morning - Usual lessons.
Afternoon - Lectures.
I feel sleepy, but i didnt sleep. Hehe. The lectures were about Careers and English AS Examinations. Ended quiet early, though. Supposed to be end by 4pm, but instead it ended before 3.30pm. Was asked to change my subjects, but i refused. Hehe.

Day 5

Morning - Usual lessons. Afternoon - Lectures.
Dont know what the lectures are all about. Will update soon. After i finished my fifth day at college, of course.

Its been a long time since i last updated my blog. Ive been busy with school stuffs, homeworks, and even assignment. haha.

PTE Berakas was okay. I made a lot of new friends. Hehe. Long story short, it didnt take me too much time to fit it. So, it was pretty awesome. Haha.

Theres this one friend, named Yatii. Shes a Malaysian, actually. Me and her, we both taking the same subjects except science. Shes taking physics while im taking chemistry. The other 3 subjects including PS, were in the same block. Haha.

Subjects; so far it was pretty okay, i like General Paper though. Hehe. Our Maths tutor is awesome, he was like my previous Maths tutor, Mr. Kam. lol.

Im just taking this time to update my blog, since i have finished my Maths homeworks and Geography assignment. So yeah, im jobless right now. Haha.

Alright guys, these are the news for today;

-I got accepted at PTE Berakas, which is awesome. My former classmate, Aqilah got accepted too. My tutor group is B5. Orientation will be held this Monday, 7.30am until 2pm.

-Futsal Tournament at PTEB. Played 5 games, 5 losses, conceded 13 goals, scored 1. Thats an awesome statistic we got there. So what? Its just a small tournament. Nothing to be prouded of.

-Happy 19th Birthday to Adi Shahrul. Hes one of my closest cousins, actually. All i want to say is, good luck in A-level this year and be good. God bless you, mate.

-Finally, Arsenal battled goalless draw against Fulham. Actually, its Arsenal's fourth consecutive nil nil draws. They are now drifted away from the fourth place. Well, better luck next time boys.

Earlier this evening, an announcement was made on radio regarding the PTE Berakas' student folders. They said itll be available tomorrow from 9am onwards at their respective previous school.

Student registration will starts on Monday, if you do get accepted at MD, PTE Katok or PTE Berakas.

So, tomorrow ill be checking out my folder at SMR. Hopefully, ill get accepted. Aminn~

Itll be sold at ETA, we *the bruplay* called ETA about it. They said the price for the game is $106, but dont know what region will it be. I hope itll be an R1, knowing that R1 has many DLC to download for. hehe.

Ohh, we already have our own KZ2 clan. It was formed by S1NN3R5, theres two clans actually. BWN and BRU/'JEHUTY'? haha lol~

Business as usual

This post is somehow not related to the post topic. I just randomly put any title for this post. Haha.

Alright, as you guys know that on the 26th and the 28th, i have a futsal tournament at PTEB.

26th, which was yesterday. The tournament's first session was very gay for me. The team that i joined (Levival) got beaten twice. Both the scorelines were 2-0. Sucks~

There was this one dude *dont want to mentioned his name*, who most of us dont like him when he plays. The 2nd game was supposed to be a good game for us. But instead of winning, we got beaten just because of that dude didnt follow our team formation. Like i was to be the midfielder during the start of the game, this dude was like kept nagging at me that he wants to play. So, i gave him the chance but reminded him that to stick to our strategy. Instead of him being a defender, he went forward leaving an open space for the opposition team to attack. Well, guess what? We concided a goal.

Then, most of us decided for me to substitute him. But unfortunately, he didnt to get out of the pitch just yet. Not until he get his first shot. Well, guess what again? He never did try to shot. So i was like, "WTF?!". Thats when i got mad of him, for not sticking to our strategy. So tomorrow which is the 28th, we'll try to win. We still have 3 more games to go.

Hello there, my fellow readers.

Sorry for the no updates since last week. My browsers were all being gay, couldnt accessed the internet with it. So, it was a bummer for me. But hey, now im back. Ill be updating my blog in no time.

Okay, first thing first. ARSENAL WON! hehe. ^^, Arsenal beat AS Roma by a goal to nil. Robin Van Persie was the scorer. This was the 1st leg of the Knockout Round. Cant wait for the 2nd leg.

Secondly, i was contacted by one of the PTE Berakas student to join their PTE futsal team for the upcoming tournament. Itll be held at PTE Berakas on the 26th and 28th of February, 2009. The team name is 'Levival'. So ill be busy during that time.

Thirdly, A JASPER HAS ARRIVED IN BRUNEI! Its the second unit, the only two units in Brunei. I did a survey on the two jaspers, one at Kiulap Mall gaming shop near the popcorn stand. The Jasper there cost around $699 BND. While another unit at gaming shop in Mall, Gadong cost around $638. Have to think first. I only willing to buy a Jasper for $600. So, i have to decide whether to buy it or not. Noticing that 360 is now on the rise and thats a good thing. :D I dont want it to be like when i first bought my 360 in 2006, there were only few 360 gamers. Haha.

And finally, im no longer sick. All my sickness are now gone and now im perfectly healthy. :D thank goodness for that. hehe.

Alright, i guess thats all for now. Meo told me to update my blog. Guess what meer? Its UPDATED. :p hehe.

Okay, im tired.

Thats one of the reasons why i didnt update my blog for the past few days. I had so many appointments, meetings, chores and lots of stuffs. Im stressed out right now, okay?

And and my sickness are back again. Damn. Since last Sunday, i was infected with some fever, headache, eye sore and stomach ache. For each day, i was very tired. Monday was the worst for me, i nearly slipped in the bathroom because i lost my balance due to the headache. Tuesday was pretty okay. The sickness were decreasing, so that was a good sign for me. Wednesday, i felt so great because i thought that my sickness are all gone. But turned out, on that late evening, my headache and my stomach ache came back to haunt me. So today which is Thursday, i suffered diarrhea. Damn.. Went to the toilet over 5 times. I know its DISGUSTING, but thats what you get when you have your stomach ache. So now, im sick again.

I have a lot of things going on in my mind right now. I felt bad, guilty, unhappy, those kinda feelings on such stuffs. Dont want to mention it here. Never want, never will. So yeah, youll get point.

So far as i can tell is, im unhappy right now. My chest pain is getting pretty nasty day by day. Only God knows. Sigh..

After 4 straight draws, Arsenal finally won their first match in 5 games. Eventhough it was only a FA Cup match, im still happy with it though. Eduardo back on the team and started the match with two goals. I hope he'll be a great addition to our team this year.

Today, i had a gathering with the BruPlay's people. The people who attended the meeting;

Gathering started at 2pm, we (me & hasher87) came there about 2.40pm. When we arrived there, they were playing the new street fighter's game, Street Fighter IV on kaparo's ps3. Munky supplied us with the arcade stick. I played a bit, but havent mastered the config yet.

After finished playing SFIV, we played Hakuna Matata for the first time. Its a safari game, which requires player to snap photos of animals according to their missions. Its a good game nevertheless. Ohh and the main character's face in this game is really similar with Munky's face. HAHA.

Then, we all tried Killzone 2 for the first time. It was an exclusive moment for the BruPlay. Orosensei bought the disc in Dubai, which it hasnt came out yet in Asia till the 27th. We played the game, it was AWESOME~ but too bad the game doesnt support LAN play.

Finished playing KZ2, we then had our movie session. Justin (Psyko_2000) brought his 'The Descent' bluray. We all watched this movie, and it was a great movie. You guys should buy the bluray, not available yet in Brunei though.

As soon as the movie session ended, we straight away set-up the Rock Band 2 kits. We played 4 songs. I sang 'Chop Suey' by System Of A Down. I also played as the guitarist in 'I Stand Alone' song by Godsmack.

There were also other games we played, such as House Of The Dead - Nintendo Wii, Halo Wars - Xbox 360, Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X - Xbox 360, and Tekken 5:DR - psp.

Before we all went home, we had our small important meeting. Its about plans and events of BruPlay. Spent about half an hour in this meeting. Then, about 9.30pm we all went home.

It was an awesome day. Too bad 4 of us had to go home early. Well, thats about it. I didnt take any photos in this gathering, i was playing games most of the time. HAHA. Till then, cheers everyone~

Today, i went to Kiulap Mall with my friend, Ernna. We watched Pink Panther 2 at the cinema there. The movie started at 10am and ended about 11.30am. It was a great movie, very funny indeed.

Then, we went back home. I stayed at Ernna's place for a while, to eat my Zinger Tower since it was lunch time. :D :D We both did some karaokes. I sang Carry On My Wayward Son by Kansas, and she sang I Dont Want To Miss A Thing by Aerosmith. After a while, we departed from her house bout 1.30pm, we went straight to ICC.

It was fun at there. I met a lot of friends, Hafizul, Muiz, Safwan, Fauzan, Amirul Hisyam, Nadzrin, Rifaie, NazgulAngMAR, Iffah, Hakim, Amir Rahman and Sarinah's sister, Amal. They all thought that Ernna was my girlfriend. HAHA -_-" Guys, im still single and shes just a close friend of mine. No more than that. :D (Y)

There were a lot of events happening there. I dont want to be a spoiler, so if you guys want to know whats going on there, you have to go there and see for yourself. HAHA.

We left ICC about 6.30pm. Before they sent me home, we went to the airport for a while. I bought cookies for Ernna, for her birthday gift of course. Hehe. Then, me went home. The end of our journey. Haha. It was a great day, though. Very well spent indeed.

YESH!!! Just done playing Fable 2. Guess what? Ive finished the game! yehaa~ Wow.. Its a great game i have to say. Rate of scale to 10, i would definitely give 8 out of 10. *THUMBS UP!*

Two days ago, i went to Giant to buy a deo, easi card, pringles and some food. The deodorant there was so EXPENSIVE! I rather buy a new at Hua Ho Mall, much cheaper. Then went to WYWY for a while to buy an easi card, turns out that all the easi cards were sold out. The only available one was $40. OMG~ I didnt bring that much of money.

So i went inside Giant to buy a Loaded Baked Potato Pringles. Nyum~~ It was 9.30pm already and i havent eaten anything yet. So i went to KFC. bought an X-meal. I looked at the menu, it says Zinger Tower. The girl who work as the cashier asked me whether i wanted a regular one or a 'abjabfadasda'. I couldnt hear what the lady said, so i thought she must be talking about a regular one or a spicy one. So i chose the regular one, turns out the regular one was a COLONEL BURGER. WTF?! The 'abjabfadasda' was the Zinger Tower. I wanted an exchange the colonel burger for a Zinger Tower, but i was denied. so, i have to pay for another $4.50 to buy a Zinger Tower. nyahh~~~ there goes my money. huhu. So yeah we went home at 10pm. i took a chance to take pictures of my Zinger Tower. haha.

I just lost a friend.

Not just a friend, a bestfriend.

Whom i known her since primary.

More than 8 years of friendship.

Filled with good old memories.

Blink 182 Reunites :)

February 8, 2009 is the day every single Blink-182 fan has been waiting for since early 2005. At Sunday’s 51st Annual Grammy Award Ceremony, all three members of Blink-182 were reunited on stage for the first time in over four years to present the award for Best Rock Album. Coldplay won for "Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends" and that’s all well and good, but the real news came just moments before when the band took the stage.

In response to the performance by the Jonas Brothers and Stevie Wonder right before them, co-lead vocalist and bassist Mark Hoppus joked, "Isn’t it great to see the Jonas Brothers and Stevie Wonder back together again?" Drummer Travis Barker then added, "We used to play music together, and we decided to play music together once again." Excitedly, Hoppus yelled, "Blink-182 is back!"

But if that wasn’t proof enough, the band decided to make things a little more official and released the following statement on their website:

"Hi, we're blink-182. This past week there've been a lot of questions about the current status of the band, and we wanted you to hear it straight from us. To put it simply, we're back. Tottenham vs Arsenal Match Report

Ten-man Arsenal took a priceless point away from White Hart Lane on Sunday in a game that hinged on three first-half minutes.

The encounter was lively but level until just past the half-hour. However, first Emmanuel Adebayor was stretchered off on 33 minutes and then Emmanuel Eboue was sent off on 36 after receiving his second yellow card. Those losses would have an immediate and lasting impact on the game.

Tottenham dominated for the remainder of the first half and opening 25 minutes of the second. However, a dogged Arsenal came closest to stealing the points when Alex Song slid a shot wide from close range 20 minutes from time and Nicklas Bendtner saw his shot tipped over at the death. Though Luka Modric might have won the game for the home side with virtually the last kick.

While Tottenham celebrated wildly after gaining an unlikely at Emirates Stadium, it will be the Arsenal fans who take most from this draw.

They stay in touch with fourth place Chelsea and have preserved a pleasing record. Tottenham have not beaten Arsenal in the Premier League since November 1999 – that’s now 19 games.

Wenger sprung a major surprise ahead of the game by naming Eduardo on the bench. It was 350 days since the Croatian had broken his leg so horribly at Birmingham. Even the most hard-hearted Tottenham fan would have been glad to see him back.

Andrey Arshavin also started as a substitute. The Russian had signed for Arsenal on Tuesday then flown back home to obtain his work permit. Bad weather had forced him re-route via Germany. That, and only 10 days of pre-season at Zenit St Petersburg, meant he would be employed only when needed this afternoon.

Elsewhere there were two changes. Song replaced the suspended and injured Abou Diaby while Robin van Persie came in for Bendtner.

His strike partner, Adebayor, was making his 100 Premier League appearance.

Tottenham had made their own major new signing, Robbie Keane, on deadline day. Surprisingly, manager Harry Redknapp had appointed the Irishman as captain immediately after he had put pen to paper.

It only added to a firecracker atmosphere for this Sunday lunchtime kick-off. Of course, the unofficial championship of North London was a stake. But both sides were also in danger of losing long-held status – Arsenal as a Champions League club, Tottenham as a Premier League club.

It is impossible for this game to be unimportant but this one was more important than most.

Tottenham had the early pressure but Arsenal had the first sight of goal. Eboue exchanged passes with Van Persie and the Ivorian drove an exploratory shot across the face of goal. Any kind of touch would have given the visitors the lead.

Aaron Lennon and Wilson Palacios forced Manuel Almunia into action in the moments that followed.

But Arsenal were looking sparky. In the 13th minute, Eboue, their brightest attacking influence, had the ball in the net but referee Mike Dean rightly adjudged the 25-year-old to have pushed Jonathan Woodgate in the build-up.

Roman Pavlyuchenko provided an immediate riposte by sending a snap-shot over the bar. Then Michael Dawson nodded wide from Luka Modric’s left-wing free-kick.

The little Croatian was starting to exert an influence from the flank. His raking ball sent Lennon clear but the former Leeds winger pulled his shot wide of the post.

On the half-hour, Almunia dived full-length to turn away his shot.

The game was starting to open up. Nasri robbed Corluka on the byline but Clichy’s dangerous ball towards Adebayor was cleared. Before all that Cudicini had spilled Toure’s low cross in the middle of the area.

Despite their vastly different League positions, the sides seemed evenly matched this afternoon. They were both looking for openings where possible but their defences were hardly water-tight.

However matters changed for Arsenal dramatically within three minutes just after the half-hour. In the 33rd minute, Adebayor pulled up with an injury, on the face of it a hamstring problem, and was stretchered off. The incident occurred on the far side of the pitch so the striker was carried off around the perimetre of the ground.

Almost immediately, Eboue clashed with Modric. Both players received yellow cards however it was the second for the Arsenal midfielder. He had received his first booking in the 17th minute for dissent.

Eboue and Adebayor went down the tunnel within seconds of one another. Arsenal were wounded and Tottenham went for the kill before half-time. Despite pressure, the closest they came was when Almunia tipped over a drive from Palacios injury time.

At least half-time gave Wenger time to settle his side and formulate a plan. He opted for a 4-3-1-1 with Van Persie playing a withdrawn role behind Bendtner, who had come on for Adebaypr, and drifting in from the left-hand side. It was all Wenger could do but it did little to stymie Tottenham immediately after the interval.

In the opening minutes, Pavlyuchenko profited from Toure’s slip but fired wildly over the bar.

On 56 minutes, Lennon’s lovely ball in from the right was nodded over by Keane with Almunia beaten. Tottenham were ominously in control. Arsenal were on the back foot and just hoping to see out the storm.

Van Persie fired wide from a corner in the 66th minute. It was a decent chance but their was little fanfare from the visitors, their main job was defending at the moment.

That said, three minutes later an unmarked Song miscued a shot inches wide from Van Persie’s corner. It was perhaps the clearest chance of the game so far and, in the circumstances, one that Arsenal could not afford to miss.

Keane volleyed wide from distance but Tottenham had lost their edge. Arsenal were scrapping and clawing their way to a point. The entire team were wearing long sleeves today but metaphorically they were rolled up.

Tottenham steeled themselves for a frantic finale. Like they needed it, Arsenal received another blow, literally, when Clichy clashed heads with Darren Bent and went off with blood streaming from a wound.

A full time approached you sensed the drama was not over. It wasn’t.

Bendtner’s fierce drive was tipped over by Cudicini at the near post and, from the corner, Tottenham broke. Adel Taarabt fed Modric on the right but the Croatian was denied by a sprawling save from Almunia.

As Emirates, this was a draw but honours were hardly even.

1-0 win For United Against West Ham United FC

Ryan Giggs, a left-footed legend winger of United since the era of ERIC CANTONA to era of DAVID BECKHAM and now, era of CRISTIANO RONALDO :) just SAVED United and REGAIN the top spot of the BPL table with his 'SPECTACULAR' play and absolutely wonderful right-footed shot :) Making United won the match with 1-0 scoreline.

AAnd of course congratulation to our best keeper (EDWIN VAN DER SAR) :) 13 straight games clean sheet in a row..DAMN :)

Tottenham Hotspurs 0 - 0 Arsenal FC

Fhew~ luckily we survived as 10-man Arsenal battled out against 11-man Tottenham to gain a deserved point. Eboue's stupidity that got him red-carded almost cost us the game. Such a fool~ but not to worry Arsenal's fans. Arshavin has arrived to save our season. Im sure he'll be replacing Eboue for unconsistent performances by him. Adebayor got injured in this match too. He pulled a hamstring. So, probably he'll be out for 2 or 3 weeks. Thats my prediction.

Hmm. I guess thats all for now. Ill try to post the match report if i have the time. Till then, happy blogging everyone~

:)) This is the trailer for the game called Killzone 2 or KZ2 for short. Just to show you guys the idea of how the game will looks like in the demo :)) and it has been said that it is one of the best graphicalized game for a first person-shooting game. The purpose of this gathering is to perform a 'Doa Kesyukuran' for us who just passed our o'level exams. The recitals will be read by our own, Kamal Hassan.

Im surely hope that all of the former 5B's students can come later to this gathering. This might be the only chance for us to be reunite again since schools are re-opening within few weeks. After that, we wont be in the same school again like we used to.

ANDREY ARSHAVIN has been officially unveiled as an Arsenal player – ending the longest running saga of the transfer window.

The Gunners agreed a deal for the player with his former club, Zenit St Petersburg, just minutes before yesterday’s 5pm transfer deadline and had to wait until today for the move to be ratified by the Premier League.

That has now been forthcoming and the 27-year-old has joined for a fee believed to be around £15million, signing what the north Londoners call a “long-term” contract.

After completing his move, Arshavin said: “I am so happy to be joining Arsenal. They are one of the leading football clubs in the world, with a group of fantastic young players and a great manager.

Okay first thing first, sorry for the no updates for the past few days. Been busy with preparations for schools and interviews. After all, school comes first.

Yesterday, i had my interviews and all i can say is, "NICE~~". I was happy with my interviews, everything went well. I mean, extremely well. Haha. I didnt get kicked out from PTEB, I chose the right combination of subjects and career, and finally, i have a high chance to get into MTSSR with all the interviews and results that i archieved. The course will start on this April, i hope i will get accepted. Aminn~~

Today, i had a football match. Kamal brought me along to play. I was tired during that time, but the team had no goalkeeper. So, i got no choice but to play. Felt pity for them, though. We played at RBA Sports Complex against the ISB (International School Brunei) team.

Started around 4pm and ended about 6pm. We won 6-5. So tired mehh. I injured myself during the match. My injury prone is so weak. Damn.. Well, thats all i guess. Will try to update more other news if im not tired. Alright? Cheers everyone~

Whats happening to Brunei?

Well, turns out that Brunei is being watched by around the world. Even the CNN too. Brunei's currently facing the worst rainy season ever. It started about a week ago. Floods occured everywhere. Even at Rimba. Landslide and also blackout due to the flooded power station at Gadong. And now, weather forecast for the next 48 hours are predicted to be a lot worse compared to the last few days. They predicted massive floods will happen. Could thing gets any worse? Well, its just a prediction. Its only a matter of time. Sigh..

Whats happening around me?

Well, a lot of things has happened. My mum is sick, Im the maid of the house, Uncertaincy of the olevel results, Getting sucks in Football, My financial problem and Espeed being gay that makes me mad when everytime i tried to play Call of Duty 4 online. Stupid espeed connection. Hmmpphh..

Well, i guess thats all for now. Everythings feels gay to me now. But dont worry, ill be okay in no time. Cheers everyone~

woot!! blackout! ahaha. damn~~ im freaking tired now. But still i want to update my blog first ^^, so, we had a blackout at my home from morning about 10am until 2am. The whole day, my house was so hot and boring. Got nothing to do. My phone's battery was dead. So, i cant online MSN, cant check my blog or even contact my friends. So yeah... i was bored the whole day. But i did something good.... I fed a CAT! ahaha. first time yo, aku pigang kucing. since i was small, i was afraid of cats. dont know why. allergy? maybe. sensitive of it? maybe.. ahaha. i didnt know, okay? but yeah i had fun only on that part. Sorry no pictures taken. Like i said, my phone's battery was dead. alright, have to go now. wanna sleep! its 4 in the morning already. cheers~

Ive been searching the links for the November 2008 GCE O'level examination results everywhere. And look what i found, apparently the results that were suppose to be released today is only in UK. In Brunei, not yet. So, Im guessing it will be a week after. 28th, maybe? But i do found this one website where you can check your results by using your centre and index number. But.... It is not accessible unless you have the permission and membership from the school where you took the test. Again, damn it. So to all o'level-ians out there, just be patience with yourself. Alright? Cheers~

To all gamers out there.

Whoever you are, whether youre a PC gamer, PS2, PS3, xbox, xbox 360 or even a wii gamer.

2009 is a year that most of the known titled-games will be released on their respective platforms. A new Xbox 360 console which is known as 'Jasper' will be sold hopefully in Brunei early this year. Microsoft promised to us that this newly developed console will have a very small chances of getting RRoD (Red Ring of Death). Havent arrived in Brunei yet, but you people can order it through online. For US dollars, it costs around $199 which is $350+ Brunei Dollars. If bought through online, might cost around $600+ BD plus shipping cost. Its not that expensive, i mean its worth to buy this. Ill be buying this Jasper probably next month. Order it from Kuala Lumpur. Well, not exactly me the one who buy the 360, its my brother. Im planning to buy a new Playstation 3 if i passed my olevel exams. HDTV and Home Theathre can wait. ;D

So, to all gamers out there, 2009 is a new year for us. For us to start a new trend. Please support originalities, if you considered yourself a gamer. I tell you, its worth buying the original one than pirated. You wont regret it.

Examination results will be released on 21 January

Results of the November 2008 Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge O Level, and International A/AS Level examinations will be released on 21 January 2009. School Certificate, Higher School Certificate and other group award results may have later release dates so please check.

CIE Examination Officers can log in to the secure CIE Direct website to download a list of their candidates' results, ready for immediate communication to students. Centres will receive hard copies of the results in early February.

Results of the November 2008 examination session will also be made available on the CIE Candidate Results website. This is a brand new online results service available to Cambridge International Centres only, and is one of several new initiatives from CIE to develop and improve our online support.

Cambridge International Centres that have registered with CIE for the Candidate Results service will provide students with individual login details. When results are released, students will be able to access the website to view their own results online.

Today, the BruPlay Community has held a gathering for us (Core Members & anyone who involved at the BCG) to celebrate the success of our recent third Brunei Cyber Games. The gathering was held at Roger's (gROG35). The members who came were me (KniGhT 4rm MaRs), Hilmi (hasher87), Lan (Loco6669), Jimin (Ji-Myn_s@n), Khairul (orosensei), Noh (Bdvl), Hakeem (pmh168), Azali (S1NN3R5), Eddie (eddie148), Azri (Lord_Azri) and Raihan (Kaparo13).

Before we celebrated anything, we had discussions about the problems that we faced after the BCG and our plans for the upcoming BCG which will be on June. We talked for half an hour. Then, Roger who is our team leader, decided to promote me and Azali to become the new Core Members while Hakeem and Noh are promoted from Core Members to Moderators. So, congrats to four of us that get promoted. ;D

We ate a lot of junk during the celebration. I ate two packs of Ruffles, a pack of Lays and two packs of Chachos. And also some noodle, coke and ice lemon tea as the beverages. We ate these with French Onion dip. So tasty. Hahaha.

Then, we played Left 4 Dead on Roger's and Lan's Xbox 360. Im so addicted to that game. Ahaha. After that, we played a bit of Forza Motorsport. I got beaten twice by Loco. Ahaha. Im a noob on Forza. ;p

By 6pm, all of us decided to go to the Mall, Gadong. We arrived there about 6.30pm. We hung out for a while at DQ. Then, we went to the food court and ETA. While we were at ETA, we watched Coming Soon Trailer. Its a Thai ghost movie. The trailer is pretty scary though.

After we got bored of the Mall, we went to EGM near AyamKu. There we met Wandi (One_D106) and Abim (AbiM_506). Khai bought a Socom Comfrontation for only $50. Cheap yo! Ahaha. We stayed there for a while. Then by 9pm, we all went home.

Me and my brother then dropped by at Giant to buy a new toothbrush, a headphone and a shaver. My brother bought these stuffs, not me. ;p ahaha. Just before we went home, me and my brother ran onto Loco. He was there at Giant's Food Court sitting by himself eating a tasty yet delicious chicken drumstick and drinking a coffee. We talked for a few minutes, then we go home. I was really tired though, assuming that i had a gathering today from 2pm to 9pm. Ahaha.

Anyway, i had fun. Thanks Roger for promoting me. I greatly appreciate it. :D :D :D

BCG - Day 4

Day 4 - 11th January, 2009.

The Covers - RockBand champions.

Around 11 bands competed in the RockBand tournament as part of the 3rd Brunei Cyber Games 2009 and it was not an easy task for most of the competitors. With a difficulty set on medium, anything can go wrong especially those familiar with hard to expert difficulty. The songs used for the semi-finals were “Welcome Home” and “Toxicity” while the song for the finals was “Carry On My Wayward Son”.

Hot favourites was H.S.M.W., a band from Lumut, but they faced stiff competition from The Covers (Bruplay) and Emanon (Guitar Hero experts). In the end, The Covers easily won the finals, followed by Emanon and H.S.M.W. However, the best dress competition was a bit of a surprise as Emanon won based on votes by the public. Personally, i would vote for the Emanon for the Best Dress. I dont know why. Could it be because of that one person? hehe. who knows.... ;)

Syahir and Anif win PS3 consoles.

Both regular players Syahir and Anif won their respective categories - PS3 World Cup and PS2 World Cup - in the Brunei Cyber Games 2009. The competition was pretty close but both Anif and Syahir couldn’t reach in both semi-final categories. Syahir lost in the last 32 of the PS2 category while Anif’s luck ran out in the PS3 category.

However, Syahir defied the odds by defeating defending champion Alif Akmal (2-1), Hilmi Shah (4-1) and Hizbul (2-0) in the knock out stages. His sister Syairah didnt share the same fate and she was one of the finalists in the previous BCG. She lost in the 2nd round to Ikram Hassan. Syahir’s final opponent was Fadly Shah, the runner-up for the Liverpool Supporter Club Brunei tournament and Syahir defeated Fadly with ease (4-2).

Fadly Shah has yet again being denied the champion on a few occasions, coming at least top three. However, he had the biggest scalp of the tournament by defeating the much improved Saifuddin on penalties after an enthralling 4-4 draw. He also defeated Hakim (2-1), Ak Farisan (6-1) and A.Alif (3-2) along the way.

In the PS2 Category, Anif showed why he should be ranked No.1 in the PS2 World Cup category. He was won the Baiduri Expo Cyber Game, the Knock-out category in previous BCGs, Tag-Team titles and also the OGDC tournament. Now he has claimed top honours in the PS2 World Category by defeating newcomer Saiful 5-3.

Anif defeated Remi (3-0), Fuad (2-1), Yus “The Legend” (4-0), lbnu Yamin and Sarif (on penalties) before reaching the finals. Anif now has another PS3 to his collections though the one that he won previously was faulty. Now the biggest step for Anif is to conquer the PS3 category in June 2009 (for the 4th Brunei Cyber Game).

Saiful, the finalist for the PS2 category, didn’t expect himself to reach the finals. He had comfortable victories - Rahim (2-0), Steven Sai (3-1), Asnawi (7-3), Khai and Naqiuddin. Saiful will be one of the hot favourites should he play in June. Now we have a new competition in PS2 category. However, former champions Alif Akmal, the Shah Brothers and Saifuddin to name a few have migrated to Pro Evo Soccer on the PS3 platform.

BCG - Day 3

Day 3 - 10th January, 2009.

The third day... My day was spoiled by my early sickness. I woke up exactly at 8am. Got shower, ate some breakfast and readied all my stuffs. But stupidly, I forgot to eat my antibiotic pills. I realized it when I was in car on the way to the ICC. Damn it! It was too late already. So I had to face my day without any medicinal pills.

Same as usual, the event started at 10.30am. As soon as I arrived, I was told to accompany Hakeem (pmh168) to handle the PES09 PS3 tourney. So without any further delayed, I went straight helping him out. The first session of PES09 tourney finished at noon. I was so tired and feeling unwell, but instead of me having my rest, I skipped the rest session and played PES09 with dozze. I won 4-3. ;D

About 2.30pm, Loco6669 arrived along with the Emanon and brought the Rock Band kits. I was so happy that the band kits has arrived but unfortunately, we were not allowed to play it just yet. Because there's still an afternoon session of PES09 tourney. So, I had to work handling those guys 'again'.. *I was so tired* ahaha.

After the tourney finished, Ji_Myn-S@n and Loco6669 set up all the Rock Band peripherals. I was still working but this time its not the PES09, but it was the COD4. I just witnessed the best COD4 performance played by ReD S1X. Want to know why? Along the match, Razor889 was leading throughout the game. ReD S1X always get killed by Razor889. So, every time when ReD S1X got kill, he swears. ahaha. He said the words "Baka, Fucka, Madapaka, Shait, Daim" Ahaha. Sorry if my spellings are all wrong. I wrote it like that cause i dont want to write the correct one. Not good for my blog. ;p and yes, ReD S1X won the match with 165 points. So, he screamed like hell. Ahaha. But it was fun though.

Now, Rock Band tourney time. Three bands competed on the third day. They were 'The Bukits', 'Mocha Zero' and 'The Rock Mongers'. Unfortunately, all three of them didnt manage to go through the semi-finals. Well, maybe your luck will be on the next BCG. Who knows? Hehehe.. That goes to the Emanon too. ;D

At night, again the PES09 tourney. Me was so tired. ;p But hey, I'd do anything to make this event to be successful. But i wont eat poops even if you pay me to do so. Ahaha. A lot of people came at night. I think the night participants was over 80 people, I guess. And yet, it was so happening. Oh yeah, Emanon people had to go home early during that day. So i was pretty bored that night. ahaha. Plus my legs were tired and theres no chair for me to sit. And dont forget my cough too. Hmmphh..

But at the end of day, it was fun though cuz Roger (gROG35) gave us some 'thank you' speech to us = the BruPlay members. Sadly, he's going to miss the last day of the BCG due to a vacation. So, we had our group photos taken. Then, the BruPlay has left the building. Ahaha.

Day 2 - 9th January, 2009.

Second day of BCG. Event started at 10.30am. I arrived at the ICC about 10am. As usual like the first day, set up all the platforms and equipments. Nothing much happened in the morning, only the PES09 tourney.

The BruPlay peeps, we didnt go to the mosque to have our friday's prayer. We had to stayed there to look after the consoles, afraid that someone might stole it. Ahaha. Then, precisely at 2.30pm, the PES09 started. It ended at 4-ish pm.

Then, came the RB part. 5 bands competed during the second day. The Covers (my band), Lumut Band (i hate these guys), Team Frag Factory and two other bands which i forgot their names. Ahaha. We sang the same songs like the first day did. We got 2nd place. We went through the top 5 semi-finals. Ohh yeah, forgot to mention that the song creep, my band got the highest points. ;D

After the RB tourney has finished, i bravely approached this one girl from the band called 'Emanon'. So yeah, we talked and got to know each other, that kind of stuffs. Bla bla bla bla, now we're friends. Hehe.

But sadly i didnt spend much time talking to her as i had to go home at 6pm. I didnt even say goodbye to her. Sigh..

Got back home, feeling tired and headache. Plus i was still having my cough, so i had to rest. Well, Thats about it. My second day of BCG ended pretty bad. Darn it with my sickness. Sigh..

P/S: Why i hate the Lumut Band? Hey, I'm not the only one who hate those guys. Even the BruPlay people hates them too. They humiliated the BruPlay community in Rano's cbox. They said that we're not being honest and fair with the public. Say all you want, Lumut Band. But the truth is already been revealed. A lot of people support BruPlay's protest, unlike you guys which a lot of people hates you now. So, bugger off you bullocks!

BCG - Day 1

BCG

Day 1 - 8th January, 2009.

We came about 2pm. My brother, hasher87 and me went there together. We agreed with the bruPlay people to meet up at the ICC's main entrance. When we arrived there, Loco6669, pmh168, orosensei, lordazri, kaparo13, Munky_Gaban were all waiting in front of the ICC. So we all talked a few minutes, then went inside.

Inside, at the main hall. We all installed our consoles, set up all the equipments and stuffs. After all of that were done, we played COD4, PES09 and RB2 while waiting for the others to come.

The first tourney starts around 4pm with the RB2 (Rock Band 2) competition. 'Emanon' and 'Pisang' each performed two songs. Creep by Radiohead and Wanted Dead or Alive by Bon Jovi, which were the first and second songs they sang respectively.

Then, the COD4 (Call of Duty 4) tourney. I joined along with 4 other peeps which i do not know all of them at all. The chosen maps were Bog and Vacant. At Bog, i got 80 points which put me in the 5th place. But i did manage to get 2nd place at Vacant, scoring 140 points. I lost and didnt get to the semi-finals but hey, at least i had fun. After all, its just a game.

At 7pm, which was the PES09 tourney started. I won 2 games and 1 draw. I managed to beat Ahmad Tamimi who was the champion of PES09 tourney at Le' Stadium. I went through the second round which will be played on Sundays.

After all the tourneys finished. We all went home at 10pm. But before that, we took a group photo and had a team meeting. Then, we ciao ciao. Hehe.

Rock Band Tournament

Thursday, Friday and Saturday 4pm.

Registration Fee = $35 per band

Rules & Regulation

* This tournament will be played on the PS3 version of Rock Band.
* The game used will be Rock Band 2 game but with Rock Band music selection.
* difficulty is set to "MEDIUM" throughout the tournament
* Guitars, drum kit and microphone will be provided by the organiser.
* Gameplay will be head to head band matches.
* Each band is comprised of 5 members only (1 substitute).
* Bands are not allowed to have a band member sing and play an instrument at the same time.
* Band members can switch instruments before each song.
* Players themselves are responsible for the calibration of the Rock Band equipment before playing.
* There will be a qualifying round (Group Stage), consisting of two song, to rank all bands.
* Players will be randomly placed on the group stage.

First Round

* The song for the first round has been set, CREEP by RADIOHEAD and WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE by BON JOVI
* The first round will consist of a group with 4/5 band
* The best 2 bands that scores high base on playing 2 songs advances to the next round

All subsequent Rounds after first round

* The songs to be played are to be informed on the spot just before play
* A knock-out single elimination will commence
* A single song duel, highest score advances to the next round
* In the case of a TV or Playstation 3 malfunctions, the game will be restarted.
* The organisers reserve the right to change or amend the tournament and/or these rules and regulations at any stage as it sees fit.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Free-For-All (FFA) Tournament

Thursday, Friday, Saturday 5pm

Registration Fee = $15 per person

Rules & Regulation

* Call of Duty 4 Free-For-All Tournament (FFA) will follow a single elimination knockout or league format depending on number of registered players.
* Players will be drawn at random into groups of 8 to compete in the free for all.
* Organizers has the right to choose the MAPS.
* Playstation 3 consoles will be provided for tournament matches. Players may not use their own Playstation 3 consoles in the tournament and may not use the tournament Playstation 3 consoles to practice.
* Players may provide their own wired Playstation 3 controller for match play. No controllers with wireless or turbo capabilities or programmable buttons will be allowed inside the tournament area. Installation and functionality of such devices are the sole responsibility of the player. No software or storage device is allowed to be brought into the tournament area.
* Players are allowed to change the controller configuration, at the discretion of a Tournament Official.
* Any form of cheating, including but not limited to intentional disconnects, server crashing, etc., will result in immediate disqualification of the competitor. If you have a question regarding a particular tactic, ask a tournament official prior to the match.
* In the case of a TV or Playstation 3 malfunctions, the game will be restarted if less than 5 minutes has passed. If more than 5 minutes has elapsed then the tournament referee will make an informed decision based on the scores at the time of disconnection.
* A draw will be decided on where the player’s sit for each stage.
* At the end of a match, players are ranked according to the combined scores accumulated over the maps played. The in-game scoreboard will display each round's results according to kills/frags attained. The player with the most kills will be ranked first and so on.
* In the event of a tie score, the organizer will refer to the KILL DEATH RATIO.
* The organisers reserve the right to change or amend the tournament and/or these rules and regulations at any stage as it sees fit.

All matches will be eight (8) players FFA rounds

PLAN A (16 players)
First Round:

* Bottom 2 out of 8 will be eliminated
* Top 6 proceed to the second round

Second Round:

* Bottom 2 out 6 will be eliminated
* Top 4 proceed to next round
* Tiebreakers will be determined in the following order: Points, Kills, Deaths

PLAN B (more than 16 players)
Group Stage Ladder System

* Each group will be playing 2 rounds
* Score will be based on Points, Kill and Death
* After the group match is finish, all players from each group will be united and ranks will be given to each playing based on Points, Kill and Death. Top 16 will advance to the Semi Final

More Than Just Gaming

Bruplay, more than just gaming. Formerly known as Brugamer, this association has been around for quite some time and now they have renamed themselves as Bruplay (forum on next generation consoles) and they have a Bruplay blogspot which has updates on the latest games on PS3 and Xbox 360.

Bruplay will be involved in the upcoming 3rd Brunei Cyber Games 2009 and they will assist in RockBand and Call of Duty 4. Both these games will make their debut in BCG after much delay and hopefully, the tournament will bring in new trends of games. The game industry is one of the biggest in terms of revenue and 2009 will be no different. Do look out for Bruplay to play a bigger role in upcoming BCG events and they are here to make a difference in our local gaming industry.

I had a fight with Kym. This was caused by me. I lost control of myself last night. So, things went pretty bad. We argued, fought, etc. until she decided to block me. She cried. I asked from zee for advices. So, i texted her and asking for forgiveness because of the way i acted to her. Had to text her 3 times. But yeah.. After a while, things went back to normal again. She forgave me. So yeah... Thats all i guess. Actually theres alot for me to tell you guys about the incident but i dont think it matters to you people. I already lost one of my best friends. I dont want to lose another. Sigh....

Trial & Error

2nd January, 2009.

I just finished my meeting with the bruplay people. We did some trial & error for the BCG3. We managed to do some mini tourney. Just to check if theres any error and find the solutions for the problems. We used 5 consoles of PS3, 4 for players and 1 for server. The actual tourney will provided 9 ps3 consoles. We also tried Rock Band 2. Luckily, no error occured. Songs for the tourney have been chosen. Unfortunately for me, most of the songs are unfamiliar for me since myself will be competing in the Rock Band tourney. So thats about it. Pictures will be uploaded soon. Tomorrow, ill have another meeting. Trial & Error gathering for the Brunei Cyber Games that will be held this 8th-11th Jan, 09. venue: ICC. Games for the tourney? Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare, Rock Band 2, Pro Evolution Soccer 2009. All of these are on PS3 platform. PES09 available on both PS3 and PS2. All with be play on 29' High-Definition TVs. Not the SD-TV. Sponsored by BruPlay.Com. Rules and Regulation will be announce at ETA, 3rd Jan. 09, Saturday night. Registration also will be open that day. I wont be there, maybe. Since im busy at home. So yeah, Thats the most if. Ill be joining the Rock Band 2 tourney, btw. Ill be the lead singer with my friends being the drummer, guitarist and bassist. Tomorrow jamming practice. From 4pm until 9pm, (if it runs smoothly) oh yeah, COD4 LAN party will be held tomorrow also. This meeting will be held at gROG35 (Roger's) crib. Only for bruplay peeps.

1st January, 09.

Sorry for the no updates on arsenal, footballs, news and other stuffs. Been busy like hell. A rough week for me. Lately, ive lost my mood for msn, friendster and even my blog. Dont know why.. Maybe im too busy to do these stuffs anyway. Plus Arsenal lately on a unconsistent form. So it really messed up my mood. Hmm.. I was grounded. Really fucked me up. Thats why i didnt hang out with my friends these past two weeks. Bitch much? You can say that again. So, New year? Got no mood to celebrate. But i do greatly appreciate and thankful that im still alive. Started my first day of 2009 with a stupid incident caused by my self-righteous fuckingly stupid maid. Sent straight back home to Indonesia today. But before that, she was caught for stealing my family's stuffs. Lot of things she stole. Luckily, my mum caught her for doing so. Report to a police? My parents didnt want to. Dont know why. So, that was it. Got bored with myself. Watched Supernatural the complete season. And i have these fucking cold, flu, fever and cough. Really spoiled my mood.

it was all started when i first like the band called 30 Seconds To Mars. So instead of 'to' Mars. Ive changed to '4rm = from'. The 30 seconds thingy i got rid of it. Then it was only, 4rm MaRs. So i added 'Bro' since my friends called me that. So, its 'BrO 4rm MaRs' then. Used that name since start of form 4. Then, formed a DOTA team. The name is 'Knights' btw. So, i replaced BrO to KniGhT. And there it goes. Been using that name since 2007 until now. So, every time i play a game, ill always be using that name. So thats my story.

What caught my attention was that my brother has a shirt with bruplay.com on it. From there, i was kinda bit anxious to know about it. Then, the BCG event that was held during June holidays break this year, hasher87 a.k.a my brother (too bad xD) brought me along to witness it. I joined the guitar hero 3 tourney. While i was waiting for my turn to play, i went to the bruplay section and there i met loco6669, gROG35, ReD S1X (which i know him since i was a small kid). Me and ReD S1X talked about bruplay.com. He did ask me, why not join the bruplay? I wanted to at first but i got a lot of things to concentrate since im having my upcoming olevel exam that time. So, after the exam. I checked my profile in my 360 hard disk, turns out my profile was corrupted. It was not an xbox live one. So i had to make a new one *hasher87 helped me*. Then, play COD4 and got meet up with Razor886. Told me to join bruplay.com, so yeah. Thats how it all started.

ARSENE WENGER has hinted he will splash the cash in January in a bid to salvage Arsenal's stuttering season.

The Gunners lie fifth in the Premier League following an inconsistent campaign and were dealt a fresh blow with the news that captain Cesc Fabregas has been ruled out until April with a knee injury.

Boss Wenger has been criticised for failing to bring in big-money signings following the summer exits of Alex Hleb, Mathieu Flamini and Gilberto Silva.

But with Fabregas ruled out for four months, the Frenchman has vowed to add new recruits.

The Gunners have already been linked with a move for Zenit St Petersburg playmaker Andrei Arshavin — with Maxim Mitrofanov, the club's director-general, revealing they are ready to sell their prize asset.

Mitrofanov said: “Zenit are ready to sell Arshavin to Arsenal for £20 million.”

But Wenger insists he will not panic buy and revealed the Emirates side will cope with the loss of their skipper.

Wenger said: “It is more likely we will buy but we also have internal solutions and we are not desperate.

“We will miss Cesc, of course, but how much is difficult to say.

“We have to find a way and we want to compensate the fact that he is not on the pitch to give everyone a bit more."

The absence of Fabregas piles more woe on what has already been a below-par campaign for Arsenal.

But Wenger remains adamant his side can still win silverware this term.

He added: “I’m sure we can deal with it. When he comes back he can help us get over the line in the final months. I believe we are able to do it.”
